The HQ is only available to penguins that are thirty or more days old
The pool you can get too there four ways first the most common one is go to the plaza and go down the hole then the second most common is go to the mine and go through the door 3rd most common is through the night club through the stereo through the door of the boiler room to the pool fourthly the rarely used one is the SPY PHONE!!!
